Bu çalışmada, 2016 – 2017 Spor Toto Süper Ligi Turgay Şeren Sezonu’nda disiplin kuruluna sevk edilen, disiplin suçu teşkil eden eylemlerin ve bu eylemler için verilen cezaların incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Profesyonel Futbol Disiplin Kurulu kararlarının incelenmesinde içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada incelenen kararlar Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu Profesyonel Futbol Disiplin Kurulu ilgili karar belgeleri üzerinden yapılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde MAXQDA nitel veri analiz programı kullanılmıştır. İçerik analizi yöntemiyle futbol faaliyetlerinde ceza alanlar (Kulüp, yönetici, taraftar, sporcu ve diğer görevliler), disiplin ihlalleri ve bu sınıflara giren disiplin cezaları analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler incelendiğinde, en çok "taraftar" ve "kulübün" ceza aldığı en az ise "müsabaka görevlilerinin” ceza aldığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca en fazla "çirkin ve kötü tezahürat", “saha olayları" ve "talimatlara aykırı hareket"lerden dolayı disiplin ihlali yapıldığı görülmüştür. Son olarak disiplin kurulu kararlarında çoğunluğu "para cezası" olmak üzere sırasıyla "müsabakaya girişin engellenmesi", "ihtar", "müsabakadan men", "soyunma odası ve yedek kulübesine giriş yasağı", "hak mahrumiyeti", "seyircisiz oynama" ve "stadyuma giriş yasağı" disiplin cezalarının uygulandığı belirlenmiştir.
This study aims to investigate the acts that constitute a disciplinary crime and the penalties for these acts, which were sent to the disciplinary board during the 2016 - 2017 Sport Toto Super League Turgay Sheren Season. The method of content analysis was used in the examination of the decisions of the Professional Football Discipline Board. The decisions examined in the study were made through the relevant decision documents of the Professional Football Disciplinary Board of the Turkish Football Federation. In the analysis of data, the MAXQDA quality data analysis program has been used. With the content analysis method, penalties in football activities (clubs, managers, fans, athletes and other officials), disciplinary violations and disciplinary penalties entering these classes have been analyzed. When the data obtained is examined, it is determined that the most "servants" and "clubs" have received the penalty, and at least the "commercial officers" have received the penalty. It has also been seen that the most disciplinary violations have been carried out due to "crude and bad manifestations", "field events" and "moving contrary to instructions". Finally, in the disciplinary board decisions, the majority of the disciplinary penalties were determined, respectively, as the "blocking of entrance to the club", the "blocking of entrance", the "blocking of entrance", the "blocking of entrance to the playroom and the reservation club", the "right deprivation", the "playing without the audience" and the "blocking of entrance to the stadium".
In this study, the aim was to examine the actions which formed discipline offense and which were referred to discipline committee in Turgay Şeren Season of Sport Toto Super League, and to examine imposed penalties for these actions. In examining the decisions of Professional Soccer Discipline Committee, content analysis method was utilized. Examinations of decisions in the study were conducted through the relevant decision documents of Professional Soccer Discipline Committee. In the analysis of data, MAXQDA qualitative data analysis program was used. By means of content analysis, those being punished in soccer activities (club, manager, soccer fan, athletes, and other officials), discipline violations, and discipline penalties included in these classes were analyzed. When the data obtained were examined, it was identified that “soccer fans” and “clubs” were punished the most, while competition attendants were punished the least. In addition, it was seen that discipline violations were mostly performed due to “the ugly and bad acclamation”, “field events”, and “actions against directive”. Lastly, in the decisions of discipline committee, it was found that discipline penalties were “impeding access to competition”, “notice”, “banning from competition ”, “access ban to dressing room or bench”, “ineligibility”, “playing without spectators” and “access ban to stadium ” , while they were mostly fines.
