Mevcut araştırmada çocuk evlerinde çalışan bakım personellerinin tükenmişlik ve yaşam doyumu düzeylerinin çeşitli değişkenler yönünden incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla araştırma sosyal hizmet alanında görev yapan bakım personellerinin var olan durumlarını ortaya koymayı ve betimlemeyi amaçlayan betimsel modelde nicel bir araştırma olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmaya 144 bakım personeli dâhil edilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Tükenmişlik Ölçeği ve Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın analizinde SPSS 24.0 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda bakım personellerin tükenmişlik ve yaşam doyumunun medeni duruma, çocuk durumuna, eğitim düzeyine ve deneyim süresine göre farklılık göstermediği, kuruluş türüne ve yaşa göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir.
In the present study, it is aimed to examine the burnout and life satisfaction levels of care personnel working in children's homes in terms of various variables. For this purpose, the research was carried out as a quantitative research in a descriptive model aimed at revealing and defining the current situations of nursing staff working in the field of social work. 144 care personnel were included in the study. Personal Information Form, Burnout Scale and Life Satisfaction Scale were used as data collection tools. In the analysis of the research, SPSS 24.0 package program was used. As a result of the analyzes, it was determined that burnout and life satisfaction of nursing staff do not differ depending on marital status, child status, education level and length of experience, and they differ significantly depending on the type of organization and age.
