Bu araştırmanın amacı, okul müdürleri tarafından yapılan öğretmen denetimlerinin okulöncesi öğretmenleri görüşleri temelinde incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2020-2021 eğitim-öğretim yılında Diyarbakır ili Merkez ilçesine bağlı resmî bağımsız anaokulları ve anasınıfı bulunan okullarda görevli 20 okul öncesi öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma okul öncesi eğitimin yaygınlaştırılmasına yönelik sorunlar ve çözüm önerilerini belirlemeye yönelik nitel bir çalışmadır. Çalışmada olgu bilim deseni kullanılmıştır. Farkında olduğumuz ancak derinlemesine ve ayrıntılı bir anlayışa sahip olmadığımız olgulara odaklanılması olgu bilim (fenemenoloji) deseni olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Katılımcılara göre, okul müdürlerinin ders denetimi ile alakalı aldıkları eğitim, ders denetimini daha profesyonel hale getirdiğini ve tüm bunlar eğitim ve öğretimi daha kalıcı verimli hale dönüştürdüğü saptanmıştır. Aynı zamandagörüşmeye katılan öğretmenler bağımsız anaokulları olmamasından kaynaklı okul müdürlerinin farklı branşlardan olması ders denetiminde yaşanacak bazı problemleri beraberinde getirdiğini sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.Araştırma sonuçlarına göre okul müdürleri tarafından yapılan ders denetimlerinin çoğunlukla müdürlerin yoğunluğundan dolayı pek önemsenmediği saptanmıştır. Okul müdürleri ders denetimi yapmadan önce öğretmenlere haber verdiği ve ders denetiminde okul müdürlerin en çok dikkat ettiği unsur dersin sunumu olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca öğretmenler ders denetimlerinin kendilerine eğitimsel açıdan katkılarının olunduğunu düşündükleri tespit edilmiştir. Ders denetimlerinin en fazla katkısı ise öğretmenler acısından eksiklerini görmesi acısından olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
The purpose of this research is to examine the teachers' audits by school managers on the basis of the teachers' opinions of pre-school teachers. The study’s work group consists of 20 pre-school teachers in the educational and educational year 2020-2021 in the formally independent kindergartens and schools in the district of Diyarbakır or the central district. Research is a qualified study aimed at identifying problems and solutions for the spread of pre-school education. Scientific research has been used. Concentration on the facts we understand but we don’t have a deep and detailed understanding is called the phenomenology of the phenomenology. According to the participants, it was found that the training that school managers receive in relation to the course audit makes the course audit more professional and all of this makes the training and teaching more durable and efficient. The result was that the teachers who participated in the same time discussed that the school directors from different branches resulted from the lack of independent kindergartens brought with some problems that will occur in the course of examination. The research finds that the lesson audits by school managers are mostly not very important due to the intensity of the managers. School managers have seen that the lesson presentation is the element that the school managers most pay attention to in the lesson check before they do the lesson check. Also, teachers have been found to think that the lesson audits have contributed to them from an educational point of view. The most important contribution of the lesson audits is that teachers are painful to see their lack of pain.
The aim of this research is to examine teacher audits conducted by school principals on the basis of the opinions of preschool teachers. The study's working group consists of 20 preschool teachers working in schools with official independent kindergartens and kindergartens in the Central District of Diyarbakir province in the 2020-2021 academic year. The research is a qualitative study aimed at identifying problems and solutions for the dissemination of preschool education. Case science pattern was used in the study. Focusing on phenomena that we are aware of but do not have a deep and detailed understanding is called the phenomenon science (fenemenology) pattern. According to the participants, the training that school principals receive in relation to course supervision has made course supervision more professional, and all this has made education and training more permanently efficient. At the same time, it was concluded that the teachers participating in the meeting were not independent kindergartens, and that the fact that school principals were from different branches caused some problems that would occur during the course supervision.According to the results of the research, it was found that the course inspections conducted by school principals were not very important, mostly due to the density of the principals. It has been observed that school principals notify teachers before conducting a course audit, and the element that school principals pay most attention to during the course audit is the presentation of the course. In addition, it has been found that teachers believe that course inspections contribute to them from an educational point of view. It was found that the greatest contribution of course inspections was from the pain of teachers to the pain of seeing their shortcomings.
