Abstract:

Ahmed Kuddûsî is originally from Marash. XVIII. XIX with the last half of the century. He lived in the first half of the century. His father, Naqshbandi mentor Seyyid İbrahim Efendi, migrated from Maraş to Bor. Ahmed Kuddûsî was born in H 1183-M 1769 in Bor district of Niğde. After receiving his first education and mysticism education from his father, he became affiliated with Turhallı Mustafa Efendi and received the Naqshbandi license. He went to Hijaz because of his extreme love for Hz. Muhammad and lived a neighbor life in Mecca and Medina for seventeen years. After returning to Bor again, he passed to the Kadiri sect with the moral permission he received from saints. He died in H 1265-M 1849 in Bor district of Niğde. Ahmed Kuddûsî wrote his poems with the pseudonym Kuddûsî. The most famous of his works is his divan. His divan includes the manners and manners of the Sufi life from before to the end. The work, which is popular in all Sufism circles in terms of its content, is an indispensable guide work especially for Kadiri dervishes. Dervish means a person who is a member of a sect. Mar'aşîzâde Ahmed Kuddûsî also expressed the characteristics of the dervish type in the context of Kadiriye and the adaptation and manners of dervishness in his poems about dervish in his divan.
