Klasik eğitim sisteminde okuyan öğrencilerin %15,0’i, intörnlük eğitim sisteminde okuyan öğrencilerin %25,0’i aldıkları eğitim sistemi programının, klinik uygulamalarda teorik yönden geliştirmesinde yeterli bulduklarını; klasik eğitim sisteminde okuyan öğrencilerin %36’sı, intörnlük eğitim sisteminde okuyan öğrencilerin %61’i eğitim sistemlerinin mesleki bakım becerilerine katkı sağladığını; klasik eğitim sisteminde okuyan öğrencilerin %23’ü, intörnlük eğitim sisteminde okuyan öğrencilerin %51’i hemşirelik sürecine uygun çalışma becerilerini geliştirdiğini ifade etmiştir. Klasik eğitim sisteminde okuyan öğrencilerin %74’ü, intörnlük eğitim sisteminde okuyan öğrencilerin %73’ü klinik alandafazla yetersiz olan şeyi “aynı klinikte çıkan öğrenci fazlalığı” olarak belirtmiştir. Ayrıca klasik eğitim sisteminde okuyan öğrencilerin %27’si kendini hemşirelik mesleğine hazır hissettiğini belirtirken, intörnlük eğitim sisteminde okuyan öğrencilerin %45’i kendini hemşirelik mesleğine hazır hissettiğini belirtmiştir.Sonuç: Çalışmanın sonucunda, intörnlük eğitim sisteminde okuyan öğrenciler, klasik eğitim sisteminde okuyan öğrencilere göre; aldıkları eğitimi, mesleksel bilgi ve becerinin kazanılmasında daha yararlı buldukları fakat iki grup öğrencinin çok az bir kısmı aldıkları eğitimi, klinik uygulamalarda teorik yönden geliştirmede yeterli buldukları saptanmıştır

As a data collection tool; "Individual Identification Form" and "He's Form" were used. In the analysis of the research findings; numerical values, number and percentage distribution and ki-quar test were used. Results: The average age of students is 21.87±1,55 and 50% of students are educated using the classical educational system, while 50% of students are educated using the intrinsic educational system. 15.0 percent of students studying in the classical education system, 25.0 percent of students studying in the intestinal education system found that the educational system program they received was sufficient in theoretical development in clinical practices; 36 percent of students studying in the classical education system, 61 percent of students studying in the intestinal education system said that the educational systems contributed to the professional care skills; 23 percent of students studying in the classical education system, 51 percent of students studying in the intestinal education system developed their work skills in accordance with the nursing process. 74% of students studying in the classical educational system, 73% of students studying in the intestinal educational system, stated that the clinical scope was insufficient as "excess of students out of the same clinic".
