Infective endocarditis is together with 1, 4% of the cases. Aortic regurgitation may be seen together and transesophageal echocardiography is important for these patients because of diagnosis. Our case, a thirty nine years old woman, was asymptomatic quardicuspid aortic valve with aort valve regurgitation and we diagnosed via transesophageal echocardiography.
