Turkey has welcomed people who had to flee Syria because of the civil war. They have been in our country where they come as guest for 7 years and they can not return their home because of the ongoing unrest in their country. This has led to the sufferer of uneducated children. The contract signed within the framework of the “Financial Assistance Programme for Refugees in Turkey” agreement (FRIT) has been established in cooperation with Turkey and the European Union and introduced projects for Syrian students to be educated. The English name PICTES project, which began in December 2016, has enabled Syrian children to learn Turkish and join the Turkish Education System through the “Project to Support the Integration of Syrian Children into the Turkish Education System”. In this study, observation was made to determine the behaviors of Turkish and Syrian students. Ethnographic research model was used from qualitative research methods. “School Social Behaviour Observation From” was used as a data collection tool. In addition, the observation form used to observe the social behaviors of the students together with the school guidance counselor was used as a data collection tool in this study. The observation process lasted 4 weeks and the researcher participated as a participating observer. The working group group was selected from students who were educated in a elementary school in Şehitkamil district of Gaziantep province by simple selection of sampling. When the results of the observation were observed, behavioral differences were observed very intensely and these differences were caused by the culture and environment in which the students came from.
