The main aim of this research is to study job satisfaction and trust level towards their organizations of trainers who work for provincial directorate of youth and sports which locates in the Mediterranean Region. İn accordance with this purpose survey form which is formed by personal details form, organizational trsut scale and Minnesota job satisfaction scale is applied to 285 permanent, contractual and worker volunteer trainers who work for provincial directorate of youth and sports which locates in Mediterranean Region. In order to determine job satısfaction level of trainers short form of Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire has been used. Davis and his friends have developed a scale into twenty articles by using long form of Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire and by combining related articles which have consisted of internal and external factors Deniz and Güliz Gökçora have done the adaptation study of scaling in turkey and they have translated the scale from English into Turkish. İn the second part to measure organizational trust levels of participants the scale which has twenty two articles has been used, which was translated into Turkish by Omarov. İn consequence of the research it has been determined that job satisfaction and trust to their organizations of trainers is at mid- level. İt has been reached that the relation between job satisfaction level and organizational trust level of trainers is at mid- level and positive.
