Abstract:

For organizations to succeed, they must show organizational citizenship behaviors beyond the behaviors that employees perform according to their duty and based on the essence of volunteering. The study aimed at evaluating that teachers influence organizational citizenship behavior, the school director’s leadership, organizational justice, organizational confidence, organizational culture, exhaust and organizational sinism variables by metaanalysis method and the determination of the total value of individual studies. The variables that positively influence the teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior (the leadership of the school director, organizational justice, organizational trust, organizational culture) in the positive direction (r=. 397) whereas there is a relationship, it is determined that the relationship between the variables affecting in a negative direction (consumption and organizational sinism) is a negative level (r=-137).
