Abstract:

Purpose: The study of the effects of different doses of lipoic acid involved in the coch sperm irrigator on some spermatological and biochemical parameters on the ecilibration and after ice cream sperm. Method and method: In the study, 6 main adult Konya Merinosu coaches used ejaculates. The ejaculates were divided into 4 equal volumes, containing 1, 2, 4 mM of lipoic acid and not containing (controlled) Tris hydratant, so that it would be about 400 x 106 spermatozoa in mL and frozen at 37 oC. Results: After Ekilibration lipoic acid has no effect on the sperm parameters according to the control groups, while after ice-solving samples have significantly improved the motility according to the control groups of 1 mM of lipoic acid (%74.3), 62.5) and 4 mM of lipoic acid (%65.0). by 001 . The effect of lipoic acid after ice-solving on the HOS test and ac-rozom integrity of the sperm was not observed. The effects of the 1, 2 and 4 mM doses of lipoic acid were not significant according to the control groups in terms of equilibration and biochemical parameters after ice cream (p>0.05). Recommendation: A dose of 1mM of lipoic acid in the coch sperm increases the motility after ice-solving. However, doses of lipoic acid should be tested in different moisturizers and animal species.
