Bu araştırma katı solucan ve tavuk gübrelerinin kıvırcık salatada verim, bazı kalite özellikleri ve bitki besin elementi içeriklerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Cam sera koşullarında yapılan araştırmada parsel büyüklüğü 1.2 m2 olup, her parselde 10 bitkiye yer verilmiş ve bitkisel materyal olarak Caipira kıvırcık marul (Lactuca sativa L. var crispa) çeşidi kullanılmıştır. Denemede katı solucan gübresi (SG:80 kg da-1), katı tavuk gübresi (TG:250 kg da-1), kimyasal gübreler (KG:12.5 N-4 P2O5-11 K2O kg da-1), SG (80 kg da-1) + KG (12.5 N-4 P2O5-11 K2O kg da-1), TG (250 kg da-1) + KG (12.5 N-4 P2O5-11 K2O kg da-1) ve Kontrol (K) uygulamaları yer almıştır. Hasat edilen bitkilerde kök boğazı çapı (mm), baş boyu (cm), yaprak sayısı (adet bitki-1), yaprak rengi (L, Hue ve Chroma), klorofil miktarı, toplam ve pazarlanabilir verim (kg da-1), ortalama baş ağırlığı (g bitki-1) ve makro bitki besin elementi içerikleri incelenmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre en yüksek toplam ve pazarlanabilir verim ile ortalama baş ağırlıkları TG + KG uygulamasından elde edilmiştir. En yüksek kök boğazı çapı SG + KG uygulamasında belirlenirken, en yüksek baş uzunluğu TG’de tespit edilmiştir. Klorofil miktarı bakımından uygulamalar arasında farklılıklar oluşmazken, renk açısından en yüksek L değeri SG, Hue değeri, KG uygulamasında ve en yüksek Chroma değeri de SG ve K uygulamalarında saptanmıştır. Analiz edilen makro elementler açısından en yüksek azot TG + KG, SG + KG ve KG uygulamalarında, en yüksek fosfor Kontrol uygulamasında, en yüksek potasyum, kalsiyum ve magnezyum değerleri ise TG uygulamalarında tespit edilmiştir.
This research was carried out with the aim of determining the efficiency, certain quality characteristics and the effects of solid insects and chicken fertilizers on the sandwich salad. In the study in the glass greenhouse conditions, the parcel size is 1.2 m2 and 10 plants are placed in each parcel and the plant material is used by the species of Caipira frog marul (Lactuca sativa L. var crispa). The test included solid insect fertilizer (SG:80 kg to-1), solid chicken fertilizer (TG:250 kg to-1), chemical fertilizer (KG:12.5 N-4 P2O5-11 K2O kg to-1), SG (80 kg to-1) + KG (12.5 N-4 P2O5-11 K2O kg to-1), TG (250 kg to-1) + KG (12.5 N-4 P2O5-11 K2O kg to-1) and Control (K) applications. In the harvested plants, the root throat diameter (mm), height length (cm), the number of leaves (fruit plant-1), the color of the leaves (L, Hue and Chroma), the amount of chlorophyll, the total and marketable yield (kg to-1), the average height weight (g plant-1) and the contents of the macro plant nutrient elements were studied. According to the results obtained from the research, the highest total and marketable efficiency and average heads are obtained from the application of TG + KG. The highest root throat diameter is determined in the application of SG + KG, while the highest head length is detected in TG. While there are no differences between applications in terms of chlorophyll quantity, the highest L value in terms of color is identified in SG, Hue value, KG application, and the highest Chroma value is also identified in SG and K application. The highest nitrogen in terms of the macro elements analyzed in applications TG + KG, SG + KG and KG, the highest phosphorus control application, the highest potassium, calcium and magnesium values were identified in applications TG.
This study was carried out to determine the effects of solid earthworm and chicken manure on the yield, some quality characteristics and plant nutrient content of curly lettuce. In the research carried out under glass greenhouse conditions, the parcel size was 1.2 m2, and 10 plants were included in each parcel and Caipira curly lettuce (Lactuca sativa L. var. crispa) was used as the plant material. The applications of the research were solid vermicompost (VC: 80 kg da-1), solid chicken manure (CM: 250 kg da-1), chemical fertilization (CF: 12.5 N-4 P2O5-11 K2O kg da-1), VC (80 kg da-1) + CF (12.5 N-4 P2O5-11 K2O kg da-1), CM (250 kg da-1) + CF (12.5 N-4 P2O5-11 K2O kg da-1) and Control (C: Zero dose). In the research root collar diameter (mm), head length (cm), number of leaves (number plant-1), leaf colour (L, Hue and Chroma), chlorophyll content, total and marketable yield (kg da-1), average head weight (g plant-1) and macro plant nutrient element contents were investigated. According to the results of the study, the highest average head weights, total and marketable yields were obtained from CM + CF application. The highest root collar diameter was determined in VC + CF application and the highest head length was found in CM application. Chlorophyll content did not differ between applications, while the highest L value was in VC, the highest Hue angle value was found in CF and the highest Chroma value was determined in VC and K applications. In terms of the analyzed macro elements the highest nitrogen content was in CM + CF, VC + CF and CF applications. The highest values of potassium, calcium and magnesium were determined in the CM applications and the highest phosphorus content was found in the control application.
