So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?

Abstract:

Rekabetin yoğun olarak yaşandığı turizm sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmeler, her geçen gün değişen müşteri beklentilerine anında cevap verebilmek için hizmet kalitelerini sürekli geliştirmek zorundadır. Bu sektörde önemli bir paya sahip olan otel işletmeleri, yüksek kalite anlayışı ve müşteri odaklı politikalara bağlı kalarak rekabet avantajı elde edebilir. Bu çalışmada Bartın İli’nde faaliyet gösteren turizm işletme belgeli üç yıldızlı oteller hizmet kalitesi açısından incelenmiştir. Çok kriterli bir karar verme yaklaşımı olan Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci AHS ile oteller karşılaştırmalı olarak değerlendirilerek en iyi otel alternatifi tespit edilmiştir.
