Mucize sözlükte, muhatabını aciz bırakan, hayret verici olay olarak tanımlanır. Dini bir terim olarak ise en genel anlamıyla bir çeşit tanrısal etkinlik olarak tarif edilir. Ancak tanrısal etkinlikten kastın, tanrı tarafından gerçekleştirilen her türlü olay olmadığı, düzene aykırı olarak gerçekleştirilen olaylar olduğu ifade edilir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, din felsefesinin temel problemlerinden biri olan mucize konusunun, felsefi tartışmalara konu olmasının nedeninin onlara yüklenen anlamlar olduğunu ortaya koymaktır. Bunu yaparken öncelikle mucize kavramının genel olarak dini ve felsefi tanımlarını ortaya koyacağız. Ardından bu tanımların ortaya çıkardığı felsefi problemlerin neler olduğunu belirleyeceğiz. Son olarak da bu mucize tanımlarının çalışmamızın sınırlarını oluşturan semavi dinlerde mucize olarak kabul edilen olaylarla uyumlu olup olmadığını ortaya koymaya çalışacağız.
In the miracle dictionary, it is defined as a surprising event that weakens his interlocutor. As a religious term, it is described as a kind of divine activity in the isegenal sense. But the meaning of divine activity is that it is not any kind of event that is carried out by God, it is events that are carried out contrary to the order. The purpose of this study is to reveal that the miracle subject, one of the fundamental problems of religious philosophy, is the reason why it is the subject of philosophical discussions. When doing this, we will first reveal the general religious and philosophical definitions of the concept of miracle. Then we will determine what the philosophical problems these definitions reveal. Finally, we will try to reveal whether these miracle definitions are consistent with the events considered miracle in the semavian religions that make up the boundaries of our work.
