So many results that aren't mine?

Kültürel Sıkılık-Esnekliğin Sosyal Kaytarmaya Etkisinde Örgütsel Adalet ve İletişim Doyumunun Aracılık Etkisi

Abstract:

Çalışmada, bir örgüt kültürü boyutu olan sıkılık-esnekliğin sosyal kaytarma eğilimi üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda sıkılık esneklik algısının sosyal kaytarma eğilimi üzerindeki etkisinde iletişim doyumu ve örgütsel adaletin aracılık rolü de araştırılmıştır. Araştırma Ankara ilinde bulunan bazı üniversitelerde çalışan 361 akademisyenden kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle toplanan verilerin analiziyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişki yapısal eşitlik modeli ile test edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda sıkılık-esneklik algısının sosyal kaytarmayı anlamlı ve negatif şekilde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, sıkılık-esneklik algısının sosyal kaytarma eğilimi üzerindeki etkisinde iletişim doyumu ve örgütsel adaletin tam aracılık etkisine sahip olduğu saptanmıştır. Çalışmanın son kısmında araştırma bulguları tartışılarak yönetici ve araştırmacılar için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Cultural Strength-Flexibility on the Impact of Organizational Justice and Communication Conversation

Abstract:

The study has studied the impact of tension-flexibility, which is an organization’s cultural size, on the tendency to social conversion. In this context, the influence of the flexibility perception on the tendency of social conversion and the role of communication satisfaction and organizational justice in mediation has also been studied. The research was carried out by analysing data collected by easy sampling method from 361 academics working at some universities in Ankara. The relationship between the variables has been tested by the structural equality model. The results of the analysis have found that the perception of tightness-flexibility has a meaningful and negative impact on social translation. In addition, it has been found that the perception of tightness and flexibility has a full mediation effect on the tendency of social conversion and the satisfaction of communication and organizational justice. In the last part of the study, research findings were discussed and recommendations were made to managers and researchers.
