Abstract:

Bu araştırmada Millî Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı okullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin örgütsel güven algılarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Tarama modelinde yürütülen çalışmanın örneklemini 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Konya ili Merkez Selçuklu ilçesinde görev yapan 232 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Yılmaz (2006) tarafından geliştirilen ‘‘Örgütsel Güven Ölçeği’’ kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, tanımlayıcı istatistikler, t-testi ve ANOVA testleri kullanılmış, yorumlanmasında ise .05 anlamlılık düzeyi dikkate alınmıştır. Bulgulara göre; katılımcıların demografik değişkenlerinden cinsiyet, şu anki kurumlarındaki çalışma süresi, eğitim durumu değişkenlerine göre örgütsel güven ve tüm alt boyutlarında anlamlı farklılığa rastlanmamışken; 1-3 yıl mesleki kıdeme sahip katılımcıların puanları, meslektaşlarına güven alt boyutunda, diğer tüm gruplardan anlamlı olarak düşük olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, kurum değişikliği düşünmeyenlerin puanları anlamlı olarak daha yüksek bulunmuş, mesleki kıdem ile şu anki kurumda çalışma puanlarına göre pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır. Bulunduğu okulda çalışma yılı artan öğretmenlerin mesleki kıdemlerinin artmasına bağlı olarak örgüte güven puanı yükseldiği görülmüştür

Abstract:

This study is aimed at examining the organizational perceptions of teachers working in schools associated with the Ministry of Education. The sample of the work carried out in the screening model was made by 232 teachers who worked in Konya or Central Selçuklu district in the 2021-2022 educational year. The study used the “Organization Trust Scale” developed by Yılmaz (2006) as a data collection tool. In the analysis of the data, identifiable statistics, t-test and ANOVA tests were used, and in the interpretation the .05 level of meaning was taken into account. According to the findings, there were no significant differences between the demographic variables of the participants, gender, time of work in their current institutions, organizational confidence and all subdimensions according to the variables of the educational status; the score of the participants with 1-3 years of professional retardation, the confidence of their colleagues, was found to be significantly lower than all other groups. In addition, the points of those who do not think about the institution change have been significantly higher, a positive meaningful relationship with the professional age has been found compared to the current work points in the institution. In the school, the number of teachers in the year of work has increased due to the increase in their professional advances.

In this study, it is aimed to examine the organizational trust perceptions of teachers working in schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. The sample of the study carried out in the survey model consisted of 232 teachers working in the Central Selcuklu district of Konya province in the 2021-2022 academic year. The "Organizational Trust Scale" developed by Yılmaz (2006) was used as a data collection tool in the research. Descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA tests were used in the analysis of the data, and a significance level of .05 was taken into account in the interpretation of the data. According to the findings; While there was no significant difference in organizational trust and all sub-dimensions according to the demographic variables of the participants such as gender, working time in their current institution, educational status. It was also determined that the scores of the participants with 1-3 years of professional seniority were significantly lower than all other groups in the sub-dimension of trust. In addition, the scores of those who did not think about changing their institution were found to be significantly higher, and a positive and significant relationship was found between professional seniority and working in the current institution. It has been observed that the trust scores in the organization have increased due to teachers’ professional seniority progress in the school.
