Abstract:

Everyone knows how important the national press is for the formation of a world of ideas. The Turkistan national press, which was born after the 1905 Russian Revolution and despite all the pressures of the Tsar government, was slowly developed in the first months of the 1917 February Revolution, while the national press was very little in that period, was translated into the concerns and thoughts of the general Turkistan people and was adopted by the Turkistan people. But as soon as the Russian Bolsheviks took Turkistan under their own sovereignty, they eliminated this national press and brought the Bolshevic press in accordance with their own purposes. Turkish lights, however, preferred their cases through the press and the way to explain the Turkish independence movement. The State Flag (September 8, 1917 - February 20, 1918) newspaper, which they issued for this purpose, was 20 numbers as the pleasant edge of the Turkish Governorate. In this study, the official pleasure of the Hokand Muhtariyet, which plays a central role in the events of Turkistan in 1917, the first step of the Turkistan Independence Movement, will be assessed through the original notes of the National Flag newspaper, the place and importance of the newspaper on both the Turkistan national struggle history and the Turkistan press history.
