Abstract:

The Syrians, who have been forced to leave their countries with fear of safety in the upcoming tension and chaos in Syria, along with the Arab Spring, which began in the end of 2010, have taken refuge to many countries in the Middle East, mainly Turkey. Turkey, which is currently opening its doors to more than 3.5 million Syrians, provides services to meet the needs of the Syrians in many matters, from housing to education, from health to employment and even the solution of the problem of adaptation. All of these services are provided not only by Turkey’s own capabilities and internal budget, but primarily by some international migration organizations and civil society organizations, including the UN funds. In this process, international institutions such as the United Nations, the EU, the UNICEF have allocated certain funds in many areas for young people, women, children, as well as IHH, Turkish Red, Earth Doctors, or abroad or domestic civil society organizations have also served the needful Syrians in accordance with their own possibilities. The aim of this study is to provide advice on how stakeholders should take more mission in this regard, by examining the funds allocated to Syrian refugees in Turkey, humanitarian aid and the areas in which these aid are used.In this context, the Syrians will live in comfortable and humanitarian conditions, participating economically in the production process and feeling belonging to the country in which they live will also make us profitable.
