Bu çalışmanın amacı bilinçli farkındalık ve psikolojik esneklik/katılık arasındaki ilişkide, değerlerin aracı rolünün incelenmesidir. Bu bağlamda çalışmaya 432 üniversite öğrencisi katılmıştır. Çalışmada veri toplama araçları olarak, Kabul ve Eylem Formu- II, Bilinçli Farkındalık Ölçeği ve Değer Verme Ölçekleri ile birlikte demografik bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Çalışma için önerilen model Yapısal Eşitlik Modellemesi kullanılarak test edilmiştir. Bulgular, değerlerin bilinçli farkındalık ile psikolojik katılık/esneklik arasında aracı rolünün olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Çalışmanın bulguları ilgili literatür bağlamında tartışılmış ve öneriler sunulmuştur.
The purpose of this study is to explore the role of the values in the relationship between conscious awareness and psychological flexibility. In this context, 432 university students participated in the study. As a data collection tool in the study, the acceptance and action form-II, conscious awareness scale and value-making scale, were used as a demographic information form. The model recommended for the study was tested using Structural Equality Modeling. The findings have shown that values have a medium role between conscious awareness and psychological participation/flexibility. The findings of the study were discussed in the context of the relevant literature and recommendations were presented.
