Even class III treatment in pubertal ages is more difficult than treatment of other maloclusions, its results could be change later especially due to late mandibular growth. This case describes stabile results of a patient, at the last period of her growth and development, from 14 to 19 years old. Our patient was a 14.3 years old girl at Ru period of skeletal maturation. Extraorally, patient had a concave profile, lower midline was symmetric, upper midline was 3mm dislocated to right from midline of the face. Intraorally, class III canine and molar relations were observed. Overjet and overbite measured 2mm and 3mm respectively. Arch discrepancies were observed -2mm on maxilla and +5mm on mandible. Patient treated with chin cup and fixed appliances. At the end of the treatment, Class I dental and skeletal occlusion and a straight soft tissue profile were achieved.
