The sample of the study consisted of a total of 370 people, including 212 education workers and 158 health workers, who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study. The survey technique was used to collect the data and the data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS 22.00 package program. Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis Variance Analysis and Spearman Correlation Analysis were used to evaluate the findings in the study. As a result of the findings obtained from the study, a positive, weak (r = 0.143 p <0.05) but statistically significant relationship was found between organizational health perception and whistleblowing behavior.
