Bu çalışmada elektro erozyon ile işlemede (EEİ) iş parçası ve elektrot çifti için işleme parametrelerinin etkileri deneysel olarak incelenmiştir. Deneysel çalışmada elektrot olarak bakır, iş parçası malzemesi olarak AISI D2 soğuk iş takım çeliği kullanılmıştır. İşleme parametreleri olarak boşalım akımı ve vurum süresi için sırasıyla üç farklı seviye belirlemiştir. Deneysel çalışma sonucunda iş parçası yüzey pürüzlülükleri ölçülmüştür. İş parçası işleme hızı, elektrot aşınma hızı ve bağıl aşınma değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Elde edilen ölçüm ve hesaplama sonuçları grafikler, SEM ve mikroskop görüntüleri kullanılarak yorumlanmıştır. Deneysel çalışma sonucunda boşalım akımının ve vurum süresinin artmasının yüzey pürüzlülüğü ve elektrot aşınma hızını olumsuz, iş parçası işleme hızını olumlu etkilediği belirlenmiştir.
In this study, the effects of the processing parameters for the work part and the electrotic pair in the processing with electrical erosion (EEI) have been experimentally studied. In the experimental study, steel AISI D2 cold work equipment was used as electrots, copper, work piece material. The processing parameters have set three different levels accordingly for the empty flow and shock time. The experimental study resulted in measuring the surface smoothness of the work part. The processing speed of the work piece, the speed of the electrode stretching and the connective stretching values are calculated. The results of the measurement and calculation are interpreted using graphics, SEM and microscopic images. Experimental studies have found that the increase in the empty flow and the time of shock positively affects the surface smoothness and the speed of electrode extraction, the speed of processing of the work piece.
