Özet Halk Eğitimi Merkezlerinde gerek öğrenci-öğretici gerek yönetici odaklı problemler yaşanmaktadır. Son yıllarda yapılan alan taramaları ile söz konusu problemlerin tespiti ve çözümüne yönelik çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma da Halk Eğitimi Merkezlerinde çalışan yöneticilerin mesleki sorunlarını ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlamaktadır.
In the public education centers, students and teachers need to experience management-oriented problems. In recent years, research has been done to identify and solve the problems. This study also aims to reveal the professional problems of the managers working in the Public Education Centers. In the study, the professional problems of managers working in public education centers were first studied on the basis of literature. The meeting was subsequently conducted in order to identify the opinions of the managers on professional issues. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained from the study from the village to the city as a result of the population intensity in the cities, the public education center buildings are unable to respond to the needs and remain insufficient, there is no sufficient workshop, laboratory and technical equipment for the opening of professional training courses for different types of professions, the absence of our public education centers own independent service buildings and the workshop tools are insufficient for the opening of modular programs. There are problems in the supply of materials that may be necessary in education due to the low socio-economic conditions of the courses benefited from the public education center, the existing structures of our public education centers have not sufficient equipment and access facilities, especially for our disabled citizens, and there are very rapid changes in the field of science and technology and our public education centers cannot follow this change. Abstract There are some problems focused on both student-teacher and managers in Public Education Centres. Some studies have been done aimed at the determination and solution of related problems via field scanning recently. This study, it is aimed to find out the professional issues of the managers working in Public Education Centres.
