ÖZET Amaç: Bu çalışmada ameliyathanede çalışan sağlık personellerinin tükenmişlik, mesleki doyum , depresyon belirti düzeylerini ve bunları etkileyen sosyodemografik özellikleribelirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve yöntemler: Araştırmanın örneklemini, Erzurum Bölge Eğitim Araştırma Hastanesi ve Atatürk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi ameliyathanesinde çalışan anestezi doktoru, cerrahi hemşire, anestezi teknisyeni olmak üzere toplam 230 kişi oluşturmuştur.Çalışmada, Sosyodemografik Veri Formu, Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği( MTÖ), Minnesota Doyum Ölçeği (MDÖ)ve Beck Depresyon Envanterini (BDE) doldurmaları katılımcılardan istendi. Bulgular: Haftada 60 saatin üzerinde çalışan ameliyathane personelinde Duygusal Tükenme(DT), Duyarsızlaşma (D)ve Beck Depresyon Envanteri (BDE) puanları anlamlı biçimde daha yüksek, Kişisel Başarı(KB) puanları düşüktü.(p<0.05 )Üniversite hastanesinde çalışanların DT,BDE ve D puanları anlamlı derecede yüksek bulundu.(p<0.05 )Doktorların DT ve D puanları, yüksek bulundu. ( p<0.05) Çalışanların BDE ile MDÖ ve KB ölçek puanları arasında negatif yönde anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu; DT ve D alt boyutlarından aldıkları puan ortalamaları arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki bulundu.(p<0.05 ) Sonuç: Hastalara etkili, doğru ve hızlı müdahale gerektiren yoğun iş baskısı altındaki bir birim olan ameliyathane çalışanlarının ruh sağlıklarını ve çalışma koşullarını değerlendirip, çalışanların iş baskısı ve yükünü azaltmak, ruh sağlığını koruyarak işlevselliğini artırarak hizmet kalitesinin artması açısından faydalı olacaktır. \n
The aim of this study is to identify the levels of depression symptoms and sociodemographic characteristics of the medical staff working in the surgeon, professional satisfaction, and the socio-demographic characteristics that affect them. Tools and methods: The sample of the study was made by a total of 230 people, including anesthetic doctors, surgeons, anesthetic technicians, who work at the Erzurum Regional Education Research Hospital and Ataturk University Medical School Hospital.In the study, the participants were asked to fill in the Sociodemographic Data Form, Maslach Extinction Scale(MTO), Minnesota Doyum Scale (MTO) and Beck Depression Inventory (BDE). Results: In the surgical staff working more than 60 hours a week, the Emotional Exhaustion (DT), Sensitivity (D) and Beck Depression Reserve (BDE) scores were significantly higher, Personal Success (KB) scores were lower.(p<0.05 )The DT, BDE and D points of employees at the University Hospital were significantly high.(p<0.05 )The DT and D scores of the doctors were high. (p<0.05) The employees found a positive relationship between BDE and MDÖ and KB scale points in a negative direction; the average points they received from DT and D subdimensions.by p<0. 05 ) Result: The assessment of the mental health and working conditions of the surgical staff, which is an unit under intense work pressure that requires effective, accurate and rapid intervention to the patients, will be beneficial in terms of improving the quality of service by reducing the work pressure and burden of the employees, by preserving their mental health and by improving their functionality. by n
