So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

The Committee of Union and Progress, which had the power to govern during the Second Constitutional Monarchy Period, pursued a policy of modernization, including educational reforms, to form the ideal social structure. The Committee attributed the realization of said modernization to the education of women as much as men. The education of women at higher level started with the conferences within Darülfünun. The increase in the need for female teachers and the effect of women's movements allowed women to be admitted to university education. Thus, İnas Darülfünunu was born. Inas Darülfünunu, together with Zükur Darülfünunu, has reached to the university level after they were merged within Darülfünunun. The women’s right to obtain higher education in Turkey, as foreseen by the Tanzimat period has emerged as a step towards social modernization. The path opened by the lectures towards women in Darülfünun, has led to Inas Darülfünunu and created a bridge to the factual existence of women in Darülfünun. This ensured that the typology of enlightened Ottoman-Turkish women, which was aimed by the Tanzimat, was achieved.
