Abstract:

The study was conducted in order to identify the problems that nurses, intern students and clinics are experiencing and to contribute to their resolution in accordance with recommendations. The study was planned to identify and was conducted on nurses working in an educational and research hospital from 1 to 30 January 2015. 233 nurses who agreed to participate in the study after obtaining the necessary permissions from the institutions formed a sample of the study. The data was collected with the survey form developed by the researchers. Only 35.6 per cent of the nurses who made the sample found that they had problems with students and 43.4 per cent said that the problem was teachers’ insufficiency and 24.1 per cent said that students did not want to apply. According to the survey, 85.5 percent of students were extending their application time and 92.4 percent were involved in the night strike study.
