Aim: The aim of this study is to examine the burnout levels of university students studying in the vocational school of health services. Materials and Methods: For this purpose, ‘‘Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Form’’ adapted by Çapri, Gündüz and Gökçakan (2011) and “Personal Information Form’’ created by the researchers were used as data collection tools. The data of the study was obtained from 470 students who volunteered to participate in the study. Since the data did not show normal distribution, non-parametric statistical methods were used in the analysis. In this context, Mann-Whitney U test was used to examine the difference between two groups and Kruskal Wallis test was used to examine the difference between three or more groups. Bonferroni Correction was applied to determine the significance level of Mann-Whitney U comparison tests performed in pairs to determine the difference between the groups. Results: According to the findings, significant differences were found regarding the variables of gender, class, type of education, sociability state and weekly course hours of the burnout levels of the students in Vocational School of Health Services, but the difference was not significant in terms of the age and the type of high school they graduated. Conclusion and suggestions: It is deemed beneficial for social students to organize informative and preventive psycho-educational activities to combat burnout within the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Centers in many universities.
