Farklı Donatı Oranlarına Sahip Düzenli Kare Boşluklu Betonarme Kirişlerin Eğilme Davranışları

Sıhhi tesisat, elektrik tesisatı ve mekanik tesisat için kullanılan borular, kablolar, kanallar ve iletim hatları, yapı içinde kapladıkları hacim dolayısıyla hem kullanım açısından hem de görsel açıdan bazı sorunlara yol açar. Bu sorunların aşılması için kullanılan en etkili çözüm yolu, iletim hatlarının kiriş içine önceden veya sonradan açılan boşluklardan geçirilmesidir. Ancak, bu boşluklar kirişin eğilme rijitliğini azaltmakta, kiriş göçme tipini değiştirmekte ve kullanılabilirlik sınır durumlarını daha kritik hale getirmektedir. Açıklığı boyunca sadece bir tane veya her yarı açıklığında bir adet gövde boşluğu bulunduran betonarme kiriş davranışının incelendiği geçmiş çalışmaların aksine, mevcut çalışmada açıklığı boyunca çok sayıda düzenli kare gövde boşluğuna sahip betonarme kirişlerin eğilme davranışları incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde, oluşturulan boşluklu kiriş sonlu eleman modellerinin analiz sonuçları literatürdeki deney sonuçları ile kıyaslanarak, nümerik analiz sonuçlarının gerçek sonuçlara yakınlığı irdelenmiştir. Nümerik ve deneysel sonuçların yakın uyumunun görülmesi üzerine, çekme donatı oranının düzenli kare boşluklu kiriş eğilme davranışı üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada özellikle kiriş eğilme rijitliği ve kullanım yükü sehimleri incelenmiş ve boşluklu kirişlerde boyuna donatı oranı arttıkça kullanım yükü sehimlerinin arttığı, fakat yönetmelik üst sınırının altında kaldığı belirlenmiştir.

Regular square emptiness with different donate rates of curling behaviors

Abstract:

The pipes, cables, channels and transmission lines used for health facilities, electrical facilities and mechanical facilities, due to the volume they cover within the structure, lead to some problems both in terms of use and visual. The most effective way to overcome these problems is by passing the transmission lines into the curve through the emptiness that is opened before or after. However, these holes reduce the curvature’s curvature, change the type of curvature migration, and make the availability border conditions more critical. Contrary to previous studies in which the betonial curvature behavior, which has only one or one body emptiness in each half emptiness, was studied, the current study has studied the curvature behavior of the betonial curvature with a number of regular square body emptiness throughout emptiness. In the first part of the study, the analysis results of the formed vacuum curve final element models compared to the experimental results in literature, the proximity of the result of numerical analysis to the actual results. On the closely observed harmony of numerical and experimental results, the effects of the drawing equipment ratio on the regular square spacecraft inclination behavior were studied. The study, in particular, examined the curvature inclination and the use load shots and determined that the use load shots increased as the length of the equipment increased in the vacuum shots, but remained below the regulation's upper limit.

Flexural Behavior Of Reinforced Concrete Beams With Regular Square Web Openings and Different Longitudinal Reinforcement Ratio

Abstract:

Pipes, cables and conduits used for plumbing, electrical and mechanical installations, circulating within the structure, lead to some usage and aesthetic problems in structures due to the volume they occupy. The most efficient solution for overcoming these shortcomings is the passage of these installations through pre-formed or post-drilled web openings in the beams. Nonetheless, this application reduces the beam flexural rigidity, increases the service-load deflections and might alter the failure mode of the beam. In the present study, flexural behavior of reinforced concrete beams with multiple regular square web openings along the beam length was investigated different from the previous studies in the literature, which concentrated on behavior of beams with a single or a couple of web openings along the whole length. In the first part of the study, analysis results from the finite element models of beams with openings were compared to the available experimental results in the literature and the accuracy of the numerical results were investigated. Upon observing close agreement between the numerical and experimental results, effects of the tension reinforcement ratio on flexural behavior of reinforced concrete beams with openings was investigated through finite element analysis. In the study, flexural rigidity and service-load deformations of the beams were examined in particular and service load deformations were found to increase with increasing tension reinforcement ratio, yet to always remain below the service load limits of the structural concrete codes.
