So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

Hydatid cyst is a common helminthic zoonotic disease in throughout the world as well as in our country. In this study the prevalence of Cystic Echinococcosis were investigated in cattle, sheep and goats by slaughter observation and seroprevalence of Cystic Echinococcosis in human by ELISA in Mus province. Also, the prevalence of Echinococcus granulosus in dogs were investigated by Nested-PCR method in the same province. Ninetyfive out of 489 (19.4. %) cattle, 154 out of 1209 (12.7 %) sheep and 102 out of 621 (16.4 %) goats were found to be infected hydatid cyst. Thirty out of 728 (4.4 %) human sera found to be positive for hydatid cyst seropositivity. E. granulosus frequency in dogs found to be 9 % determined by Nested-PCR method whereas 28 % dogs were positive for Taenia spp. eggs determined by direct and zinc floating methods. Hydatid cyst frequency increased with age in cattle and human whereas there were no such findings in sheep and goats. E. granulosus frequency was increas with in dogs as well. As a result, E. granulosus infection in dogs common in Mus region.  At the same time, the frequency rate of cyst hydatidosis is high in humans, cattle, sheep and goats. As in our country, it is crucial to inform in farm people about the hydatid cyst disease, to call attention of the local authorities on this disease and to establish an immediate prevention and control programme in Mus region.
