Bölgede Göreme Karanlık, Kılıçlar Kuşluk Meryemana, Ihlara Sümbüllü, Soğanlı Azize Barbara, Gülşehir Karşı, Erdemli H. Eustathios Kiliselerinde tek başlarına ya da bir arada tasvir edilmişlerdir. Azize Paraskevi, stikharion üzerine maphorion giyimli rahibe kıyafetleri içinde gösterilirken, Azize Kyriaki stikharion üzerine, oldukça süslü maphorion giyimli, bazen başında phakilion ile soylu kadın giysileri ile resimlenmiştir. Azize Paraskevi’nin ismi cuma günü anlamına gelirken İsa’nın öldüğü günü sembolize ederken, Azize Kyriaki’nin ismi ise pazar günü anlamına gelmekte ve İsa’nın dirildiği günü temsil etmektedir. Çalışmada Kapadokya kaya kiliselerinde Azize Paraskevi ve Azize Kyriaki’nin tasvirleri üzerinde durulmuştur.
