Bu çalışmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin denetim modellerine ilişkin tutumlarını belirlemek için geçerli ve güvenilir Likert türü bir ölçme aracı geliştirmek ve elde edilen veriler ışığında ölçme aracını tanıtmaktır. Araştırmada İstanbul İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü’ne bağlı Anadolu ve Avrupa Yakasında devlet okullarında görev yapan 3 farklı çalışma grubundan veri toplanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilerin analizinde; verilerin normallik dağıldığı, Bartlett Küresellik Testi ve Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Testi değerlerinin faktör analizine uygun olduğu görülmüştür. Açımlayıcı faktör analizleri sonucunda 25 maddelik ve 5 faktörlü yapı elde edilmiştir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizinde uyum indekslerinin kabul edilebilir düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir (χ²/sd=1.838; CFI=.930; RMSEA=.058; RMR=.031; SRMR=.048). Yapılan analizlerde ölçeğin güvenirliği incelendiğinde Sanatsal Denetim güvenirlik katsayısı 0.86, Klinik Denetim Modeli güvenirlik katsayısı 0.80, Gelişimsel Denetim Modeli güvenirlik katsayısı 0.77, Farklılaştırılmış Denetim Modeli güvenirlik katsayısı 0.81, Bilimsel Denetim Modeli güvenirlik katsayısı 0.66 ve genel güvenirlik katsayısı 0.86 olarak hesaplanmıştır. %27’lik alt-üst bağımsız gruplar t testi sonucunda faktörlerin ayırt edici olduğu saptanmıştır. Test-tekrar test uygulama sonucunda, denetim modellerinin korelasyon katsayıları anlamlı bulunmuştur (p<.01). Bulgular sonucunda 5 alt boyuttan oluşan 5’li Likert tipinde hazırlanan “Denetim Modelleri Ölçeği” olarak adlandırılan ölçeğin, geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
The aim of this study is to develop a valid and reliable Likert type measurement tool to determine the teachers’ attitudes towards the audit models and to introduce the measurement tool in the light of the obtained data. In the study, data were collected from 3 different working groups working in the state schools in Anadolu and Europe, affiliated with the National Education Directorate of Istanbul. In the analysis of the data obtained from the study, it was found that the data were normally distributed, the Bartlett Globality Test and the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Test values were in line with the factor analysis. The opening factor analysis resulted in 25 material and 5 factor structure. In the verifying factor analysis, the conformity index was found to be acceptable (χ2/sd=1.838; CFI=.930; RMSEA=.058; RMR=.031; SRMR=. by 048). When the scale reliability is studied in the analyses, the artificial audit reliability ratio is 0.86, the clinical audit model reliability ratio is 0.80, the developmental audit model reliability ratio is 0.77, the differentiated audit model reliability ratio is 0.81, the scientific audit model reliability ratio is 0.66 and the general reliability ratio is 0.86. 27% of sub-over-independent groups were identified as distinguishing in the t test. In the test-up test application, the correlation ratings of the control models were found meaningful (p<.01). The findings have found that the scale, called the "Control Models Scale" prepared in the 5 Likert type, consisting of 5 sub-dimensions, is a valid and reliable measurement tool.
