Sialolithiasis (Salivary gland stone) is the most common disease of the salivary gland. It is observed as a calcified mass in the salivary gland and often a stone is found in the submandibular gland duct. In this article, a case of large sialolithiasis located in the right submandibular gland and treated by submandibular gland excision is presented.
