Abstract:

Communication is important in all educational institutions as well. Many outcomes of the educational system are closely influenced by the nature of the educational staff-student communication. Director and teacher satisfaction is important in terms of the development of the quality and education policies, the satisfaction of the guardian. There are many problems that arise in the process of developing communication between the teacher and the student in the educational institutions. In the beginning of the problems, we can express that there is a problem of communication inadequate between teachers and students. These problems are either caused by students or by the student's guardian, in advanced dimensions when they are not solved (violence, struggle, etc.). It can lead to problems. Communication disability or poor communication causes unreversible damage in the field of education. Furthermore, if this is a result of the educational employee, it can also cause uncertainty in the community, in addition to the formation of negative judgments against the educational employees and the school. Negative communication affects both sides in a psychological direction, causes the formation of deficiencies in the provision and purchase of services, affects the quality of services in a negative direction. In this study, the aim is to identify the causes and solutions of conflict in the educational institutions, and to present a model proposal on which methods will be more suitable. In this study, which uses the quality research method, the data was obtained from 10 teachers working in public schools with standardized open-end conversation technique. The study’s work group was achieved within the border of Diyarbakır in the 2021-2022 educational year.
