Amaç: Çalışmada koroner anjiyografi ve perkütan transluminal koroner anjiyoplasti işlemleri öncesi uygulanan müzik eşliğinde progresif kas gevşeme egzersizinin bireylerin yaşam bulgularına olan etkisini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Bir üniversite hastanesinin kardiyoloji anabilim dalında yatmakta olan ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 50 deney koroner anjiyografi, 50 deney perkütan transluminal koroner anjiyoplasti ve 50 kontrol grubundaki bireylere işlem öncesi kişisel bilgi formu doldurulmuş ve yaşam bulguları ölçülüp kaydedilmiştir. Bu işlemlerin ardından deney koroner anjiyografi ve deney perkütan transluminal koroner anjiyoplasti grubunda yer alan hastalara işlemden 30 dk. önce müzik eşliğinde progresif kas gevşeme egzersizi uygulanmış, kontrol grubuna ise uygulanmamıştır. İşlem sonrası her üç gruptaki bireylerin yaşam bulguları tekrar ölçülmüştür. Bulgular: Deney ve kontrol grubundaki bireylerin başlangıç yaş özelliği dışında diğer sosyodemografik özellikleri açısından aralarında anlamlılık yoktur. Her üç grupta uygulama öncesi; sistolik kan basıncı, nabız sayısı ve solunum sayısı açısından istatistiksel anlamlılık olduğu (F=9,04,p=0,000;F=4,08,p=0,019;F=16,522,p=0,000) diastolik kan basıncında ise anlamlılık olmadığı bulunmuştur (F=2,18,p=0,117). Uygulama sonrası girişim grubunda sistolik ve diastolik kan basıncı, nabız ve solunum sayısı açısından istatistiksel anlamlılık olduğu bulunmuştur (F=34,30,p=0,000;F=26,64,p=0,000;F=8,45,p=0,000;F=71,20,p=0,000). Sonuç: Deney grubundaki bireylere uygulamadan önce yapılan müzik eşliğinde progresif kas gevşeme egzersizi sonrası yaşam bulgularında düşüş saptanmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Koroner anjiyografi; perkütan transluminal koroner anjiyoplasti;kas gevşeme egzersiz;müzik dinleme;yaşam bulgusu.
Purpose: The study is aimed at determining the effects of progressive muscle relaxation exercises accompanied by music applied before coronary angiography and percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty processes on the findings of individuals' life. Method: 50 experiments of coronary angiography, 50 experiments of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and 50 control groups of individuals who are in the department of cardiology and who agree to participate in the research have been filled in a preliminary personal information form and the findings of life have been measured and recorded. After these procedures, the test coronary angiography and the test percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty group patients 30 minutes from the treatment. The music was first accompanied by progressive muscle relaxation exercises and was not applied to the control group. The results of life of individuals in each of the three groups have been repeatedly measured. Results: Individuals in the experiment and control group have no meaning between them in terms of other sociodemographic characteristics except the initial age characteristics. For each of the three groups, pre-application: systolic blood pressure, pulse number and respiratory number (F=9,04,p=0,000;F=4,08,p=0,019;F=16,522,p=0,000) were statistically meaningful, while diastolic blood pressure was not meaningful (F=2,18,p=0,117). The post-application initiative group found statistical significance in terms of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, pulse and respiratory number (F=34,30,p=0,000;F=26,64,p=0,000;F=8,45,p=0,000;F=71,20,p=0,000). Results: The experimental group’s individuals had a decrease in post-life findings of progressive muscle relaxation after exercise, accompanied by music before application. Keywords: coronary angiography; percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty; muscle relaxation exercise; listening to music; findings of life.
