Araştırmada Asya ve Amerika kıtası ülkelerinden Türkiye’ye yönelik Turizm talebini etkileyen faktörlerin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda iki farklı kıtadaki ülkelere ilişkin sonuçlar Türkiye’ye yönelik genel talep ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Özellikle turizm pazarında rekabetin giderek yoğunlaşması, turizm talebi için seçenekleri arttırırken, turizm arzı için de önemli bir rekabet ortamı yaratmaktadır. Böyle bir durumda araştırmaya konu olan bu ve benzeri çalışmalar önem kazanmaktadır. Çünkü turistik destinasyonlar turizm talebini belirleyen faktörlere bağlı olarak plan ve politikalar yürütmektedir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmış ve ikincil veriler üzerinden bulgular elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler Stata 14.2 programı yardımı ile analiz edilmiştir. Analizlerde Panel veri ekonometrisinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre Asya kıtasından Türkiye’ye yönelik talebini etkileyen herhangi bir değişken tespit edilememiştir. Ancak Amerika kıtasındaki ülkeler için GSYH, Kişi Başı Harcanabilir Milli Gelir, Gider, Reel Döviz Kuru ve İnternet Kullanan Bireyler değişkenlerinin Türkiye’ye Yönelik turizm talebini etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.
The study aims to identify factors affecting tourism demand for Turkey from Asian and American countries. In this regard, the results for the two countries on the different continents were compared to the general demand for Turkey. In particular, the increasing concentration of competition in the tourism market, increasing the options for tourism demand, creates a significant competitive environment for tourism supply. In such a case, this and similar research is of importance. Because tourist destinations carry out plans and policies depending on the factors that determine the demand for tourism. In the research, quantum research methods were used and findings were obtained through secondary data. The data is stated 14. The two programs were analyzed with the help. Panel data econometrics is used in analytics. According to the results of the research, no variable that affects the demand from the Asian continent to Turkey has been detected. However, for countries in the U.S. continent, GDP, per capita spent national income, expenditure, real currency dry and Internet-consumed individual variables have been found to affect Turkey's tourism demand.
