Bu araştırmada, 8 hafta uygulanan pliometrik antrenman programının futbolcularda dikey sıçrama, çeviklik, sürat ve kuvvet parametreleri üzerindeki etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmaya deney grubu (n=20), yaş ortalaması (x̄yaş=13,15±0,74), vücut ağırlığı ortalaması (x̄=vaş 49,37±7,90), boy uzunluğu ortalaması (x̄boy=167,10±8,80); kontrol grubu (n=20), yaş ortalaması (x̄yaş=13,20±0,83), vücut ağırlığı ortalaması (x̄yaş=52,02±8,44), boy uzunluğu ortalaması (x̄boy=165,55±6,96) olmak üzere lisanlı aktif olarak futbol antrenmanına devam eden 40 erkek futbolcu gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Verilerin istatistiksel analizi için uygulanmış olan 8 haftalık pliometrik antrenman sonucunda fiziksel uygunluk parametrelerindeki değişimler incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda verilerin normallik dağılıma uygun olup olmadığını tespit etmek için Shapiro Wilk-W testi incelendiğinde, verilerin normal dağılım gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda ilk test-son test karşılaştırmasında bağımlı örneklem t testi, gruplar arasında fark olup olmadığını belirlemek için ise bağımsız örneklem t-testi analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre, deney ve kontrol grubunda ölçülen sürat, sırt kuvveti ve anaerobik dayanıklılık özellikleri incelendiğinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık göstermediği tespit edilmiştir. Dikey sıçrama, çeviklik ve bacak kuvveti incelendiğinde ise istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte deney grubuna uygulanan pliometrik antrenman sonucunda ölçülen bütün parametrelerde değerlerin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Futbol antrenmanına devam eden kontrol grubu incelendiğinde ise çeviklik, sürat, bacak ve sırt kuvveti gibi parametrelerde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Dikey sıçrama ve anaerobik güç ön-son test ölçüm değerlerinin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık göstermediği tespit edilmiştir.
This study aims to determine the effect of the 8-week plyometric training program on the vertical jumping, elasticity, speed and strength parameters in footballers. The study included the experimental group (n=20), the age average (x̄ age=13,15±0,74), the body weight average (x̄ age=49,37±7,90), the length average (x̄boy=167,10±8,80); the control group (n=20), the age average (x̄ age=13,20±0,83), the body weight average (x̄ age=52,02±8,44), the length average (x̄boy=165,55±6,96) and 40 male footballers who continued the football training. As a result of the 8 weeks of pliometric training, which was applied for statistical analysis of the data, changes in physical conformity parameters were studied. When the Shapiro Wilk-W test was examined to determine whether the data in this scope is suitable for normal distribution, it was found that the data showed normal distribution. In this regard, the first test-final test comparison depends on the sample t test, and the independent sample t-test analysis method was used to determine whether there is a difference between the groups. According to the findings obtained from the study, it was found that the speed, back strength and anaerobic resistance characteristics measured in the experiment and control group did not show statistically significant differences. When the vertical jumping, elasticity and leg strength were studied, statistically significant differences were found. However, it has been found that the values in all the parameters measured as a result of the pliometric training applied to the experimental group showed statistically significant differences. When the control group continued to football training was studied, it was found that the parameters such as elasticity, speed, leg and back strength showed statistically significant differences. The vertical jumping and anaerobic power pre-final test measurement values have not statistically shown significant differences.
In this study, it is aimed to determine the effect of 8-week pliometric training program on vertical jump, agility, speed and force parameters in football players. Two different groups were formed as experimental and control groups in the study. After 8 weeks of pliometric training applied for statistical analysis of data, changes in physical fitness parameters were examined. In this context, when the Shapiro Wilk-W Test was examined to determine whether the data were suitable for the distribution of normality, it was found that the data showed normal distribution. In this respect, Paired Samples T test was used in the first test-posttest comparison and Independent t-testi analysis method was used to determine whether there was a difference between the groups. According to the findings obtained from the study, the speed, back strength and anaerobic endurance characteristics of the experimental and control groups were not statistically significant. When vertical jump, agility and leg strength were examined, it was found that there was statistically significant difference. However, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference in all parameters measured as a result of pliometric training applied to the experimental group. When the measured parameters were examined in the control group, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference in agility, speed, leg and back strength.
