So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bazı Abbâsî halifeleri döneminde halku’l-Kur’ân konusunda bir kısım âlimlerin sorguya çekilip eziyet edilmesine ilişkin olaylara verilen ad olan Mihne sürecinde yaşananların en açık etkisi cerh-ta‘dîl ilmi üzerinde olmuştur. Bu dönemde Halku’l-Kur’an’ı kabul edip etmeme meselesi, cerh-ta‘dîl kriterlerinden biri haline gelmiştir. Ricâl kitaplarındaki biyografiler incelendiğinde buna dair sayısız örnekle karşılaşılacaktır. Bu mesele, birçok âlim arasında çeşitli ihtilaf ve düşmanlıkların sebebi olduğu gibi, zamanla isnadların ve hadislerin zayıf sayıldığı cerh sebeblerinden biri haline gelmiştir. Birçok âlim, muhaddis, fâkih, kâdı ve sika râvi, bu konuda bir fikir beyanında bulunmadıkları veya ifrat ve tefrite kaçmadan konuştukları halde bundan dolayı cerh edilmiştir. Bu kriz döneminde Buhârî de haksız yere tenkit edilmiştir. Fakat mihne olayı Buhârî’nin râvileri değerlendirirken objektif davranmasına herhangi bir olumsuz etkide bulunmamıştır. O ricâl tenkidinde âdil, dikkatli, titiz, iyi niyetli, insaflı ve tarafsız olmak gibi şartları uygulamıştır.

Abstract     In the period of some Abbasid caliphs, the name given to events related to the questioning of some scholars about the Halk al-Qur’an The most apparent effect of the happenings during Mihna period was on the al jarh wa ta'dil method. In this period, accepting / refusing Quranic createdness became one of the al jarh wa ta'dil criteria. When narrating hadiths, a number of muhaddiths and rawis were not regarded as a reference as they had different views on Quranic createdness. This issue has become one of the reasons for the weakness of the traditions and hadiths, as well as the various conflicts and enmities between many scholars. During this crisis period, Bukhari was also criticized unjustly. However, the event of mihna was not among the criteria that Bukhari used to evaluate the rawis. He instead had such criteria as being fair, careful, meticulous, merciful and objective.
