Results: 49.7% of participants are between 21 and 30 years of age, 64.5% are graduates, 50.3% are nurses, 23.0% are doctors. The average information score of nurses for breast milk banks is 3.39±2.40, the average information score of nurses is 3.33±1.84, the average information score of doctors is 5.50±2.56, and the average information score of doctors is significantly higher than the average information score of nurses and nurses (p<0.05). The average attitude score of nurses (n=173) is 27.02±6.34, the adult (n=92)=24.29±5.98 and the doctor (n=79)=30.91±6.14. The average attitude score of nurses was statistically significantly higher (p<0.05), while the average attitude score of doctors was significantly higher (p<0.05) from both nurses and nurses. There is a statistically significant positive direction relationship between the participants’ information points on the breast milk banks and their attitude points (r=0.597, p=0,000). The result: it is recommended that the health staff be informed about the subject and that steps are taken to remove the obstacles to the establishment of breast milk banks in Turkey.
