Emek-yoğun bir sektör olan sağlık sektörüne bağlı hastanelerde işgücünün önemi diğer sektörlere göre daha fazladır. Hizmeti alan hasta ile hizmeti sunan işgörenin yoğun bir iletişim içerisinde olduğu bu sektörde, iş doyumu düşük olan işgörenin kaliteli bir hizmet sunması ve hasta tatminini sağlaması mümkün değildir. Çalışmamızda gözlem ve görüşme (mülakat) yöntemleri uygulanmıştır. Ankara ilinde özel bir Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon Merkezlerinde çalışan Fizyoterapist ve Fizyoterapi Teknikerlerinin verimlilikleri incelendiğinde 6 Fizyoterapist toplam olarak gözlem sürelerinde 252 (% 100) işlem gerçekleştirmiştir. Bu işlemlerin 237 (% 93,7)’ sini çalışarak, 15 (% 6,3)’ini de boş ve diğer zaman olarak değerlendirmişlerdir. 12 Fizyoterapi Teknikeri toplam olarak gözlem süreleri içerisinde 504 (% 100) işlem gerçekleştirmiştir. Bu işlemlerin 462 (% 91,7)’ unu çalışarak, 42 (% 8,3)’ini de boş ve diğer zaman olarak değerlendirdikleri gözlenmiştir. Bu oranlar Fizyoterapist ve Fizyoterapi Teknikerlerinin verimliliklerinin üst düzeyde olduğu göstermektedir.
The importance of labor in hospitals related to the health sector, which is a labor-hard sector, is greater than in other sectors. In this sector where the employer who serves the patient is in intense communication, the employer with low employment satisfaction cannot provide a quality service and provide the patient satisfaction. Our observation and conversation methods are used. When the effectiveness of physiotherapists and physiotherapists who work in a special physical therapy and rehabilitation center in the province of Ankara was examined, 6 physiotherapists in total performed 252 (100%) treatments in observation periods. 237 (% 93.7) of these transactions, 15 (% 6.3) were also considered free and other time. 12 Physiotherapy Technicians have performed a total of 504 (100%) treatments within the observation periods. These transactions were observed by 462 (91.7 percent), 42 (8.3 percent) were considered free and other times. These rates show that the efficiency of physiotherapists and physiotherapist technicians is high.
