So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Aktinomkoz, abse ve fistül oluşumuna neden olabilen, bol granülasyon dokusu ile karakterize, ilerleyici, kronik, süpüratif bir hastalıktır. Tüm karın içi organlarını enfekte etmesine rağmençok ileoçekal bölgede yerleşir, özellikle gastroistenal bölgenin durağan alanı olan çekum ve apendikse daha çok yerleşir. Üreteral obstrüksiyon aktinomikoza bağlı apendisitte oluşabilecek bir komplikasyondur. Bu olgu bildiriminde, sağ renal kolik ve hematüri şikayeti ile gelen, yapılan tetkiklerinde sağ alt kadranda kitle ve sağ hidronefroz tespit edilen aktinomikozlu 33 yaşında erkek hasta sunulmuştur.
