Single coronary artery anomaly is a rare anomaly in which the right and left coronary arteries arise from a single ostium in the sinus valsalva and are fed whole heart. Most of the cases may be asymptomatic but can cause angina, syncope, myocardial infarction and sudden cardiac death. It is especially important to be diagnosed in terms of association with other congenital anomalies and the risk of encountering clinical tables such as sudden death in young age. Therefore a case was presented with a single coronary artery anomaly and angina complaints in this article.
