In order to gain competitive advantage in today's changing and developing economic and social structure, businesses have turned to different searches. In order for businesses to succeed, they must use their resources effectively and productively. One of the most important resources of the business is its employees. One of the tools to develop employees and contribute to productivity is in-service training. The qualifications that employees gain through in-service training positively affect their productivity at work. In order to make a conceptual evaluation, the variables that play a role in the relationship between in-service training and productivity were tried to be specified. When the literature on this subject is examined, motivation, job satisfaction, acceptance of innovations, total quality management, job skills and job knowledge, occupational health and safety, creativity in the relationship between in-service training and productivity were determined. This model, developed for in-service training and productivity, constitutes a theoretical basis and is thought to gain depth to practical studies.
