Abstract:

The aim of this study is to study the behavioral objectives in the field of safe use of the laboratory, using the Planned Behavioral Theory of the Scientific Teachers' Candidates. Relational scan model was used in the research. In the study, the researchers developed the "Safe Laboratory Use Implementation Scale" taking into account the scale development stages and the way the planed behavior theory is predicted by the researcher. The sample of the study consists of 1087 scientists from 5 regions of Turkey. SPSS 21 and AMOS 23 are used for data analysis. The data obtained from the scales are assessed by structural equality modeling. The Cronbach Alpha reliability ratio for the entire scale is 961 . According to the research, the "Activity Purpose" declaration of the teachers candidates for science has determined that the "Activity Control", the "Activity Attitude" and the "Objective Standard" factors are effective.
