So many results that aren't mine?

SÜT SIĞIRLARININ YAĞLI KARACİĞER SENDROMUNDA BAZI KAN DEĞERLERİ

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada toplam 23 baş süt sığırı kullanıldı. Hayvanlardan doğum öncesi ve sonrası kan ve karaciğer biopsi örnekleri alındı. Kan örnekleri total lipid ve formül lökosit, biopsi örnekleri de yağlanma yönünden incelendi. Buzağılamadan sonra şiddetli karaciğer yağlanması tesbit edilen hayvanlarda kan plazması lipid değerlerinin önemli derecede arttığı (P<0.05), lökosit formülünde ise lenfosit yüzdesinin sağlıklı hayvan değerlerine göre azaldığı tesbit edildi.
