Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türk dili ve edebiyatı öğretmeni adaylarının çocuk ve gençlik edebiyatı ile ilgili metaforik algılarını tespit etmektir. Araştırma, olgubilim (fenomenoloji) desenine uygun olarak yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılı güz ve bahar döneminde İç Anadolu Bölgesinde yer alan bir devlet üniversitesinin Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı Eğitimi Bölümünde öğrenim gören öğretmen adaylarından oluşmaktadır. Araştırmaya toplam 86 öğretmen adayı katılmış ve katılımda gönüllülük esas alınmıştır. Araştırma verileri, araştırmacıların hazırlamış oldukları bir formla toplanmıştır. Formda, Türk dili ve edebiyatı öğretmeni adaylarının çocuk ve gençlik edebiyatına ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla “Çocuk ve gençlik edebiyatı…..………a/e benzer çünkü …..………”şeklinde eksik bırakılmış bir cümleye yer verilmiştir. Böylece öğretmen adaylarının çocuk ve gençlik edebiyatına ilişkin algılarını hangi metaforlarla ifade ettikleri, belirlenen metaforların gerekçeleri ve bu metaforların ortak nitelikleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ulaşılan verilerin değerlendirilmesinde nitel araştırma desenine uygun olarak içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. İçerik analizi neticesinde, öğretmen adaylarının çocuk ve gençlik edebiyatına yönelik 80 metafor oluşturdukları ve bu metaforların beş kategoride toplandığı görülmektedir. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre, öğretmen adaylarının çocuk ve gençlik edebiyatına yönelik metarofik algılarının olumlu olduğunu söylemek mümkündür. Öğretmen adaylarının çoğunlukla “heyecan verme- eğlendirme” ve “rahatlatma” kategorilerinde metafor ürettikleri, ayrıca çocuk ve gençlik edebiyatının eğitici yönü ile ilgili de metaforlar oluşturdukları tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte adayların çocuk ve gençlik edebiyatını yol gösterici ve gereksinim duyulan bir alan olarak algıladıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The aim of this research is to identify the metaphoric perceptions of the candidates for teachers of Turkish language and literature about children and youth literature. The study was conducted according to the phenomenological pattern. The research work group consists of teachers candidates studying in the Turkish Language and Literature Education Department of a state university located in the Anatolian Region during the 2017-2018 educational and educational year and the spring period. A total of 86 teachers participated in the study and the participation was based on volunteering. The research data is collected in a form that the researchers have prepared. In Form, to determine the views of the candidates for teachers of Turkish language and literature on children and youth literature “Children and youth literature is the same as ..................” It has a missing phrase. Thus, the teaching candidates expressed their perceptions of child and youth literature with what metaphors, the reasons for determined metaphors and the common qualities of these metaphors have been tried to be identified. In the assessment of the identified data, the content analysis method was used in accordance with the quality research pattern. According to the content analysis, the teacher candidates created 80 metaphors for children’s and youth literature and these metaphors were gathered in five categories. According to the study, it is possible to say that the metaphysical perceptions of the teacher candidates to child and youth literature are positive. It has been found that teaching candidates generally produce metaphors in the categories "to entertain-to entertain" and "to relax" and also create metaphors on the educational aspect of children and youth literature. However, the conclusion was achieved that the candidates perceived children and youth literature as a guidance and needed field.
