Bu çalışmanın amacı aile işlevselliği ve toplumsal cinsiyet rollerinin evli çiftlerin problem çözme becerilerine etkisini araştırmaktır. Araştırmaya 91 evli kadın ve 34 evli erkek olmak üzere toplam 125 kişi katılmıştır. Katılımcılara çevrimiçi formlar aracılığıyla Demografik Bilgi Formu, Toplumsal Cinsiyet Rolleri Tutum Ölçeği, Aile Değerlendirme Ölçeği ve Problem Çözme Envanteri uygulanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre aile işlevselliği alt boyutlarından roller, “davranış kontrolü” ve “problem çözme” ile toplumsal cinsiyet rolleri alt boyutlarından “eşitlikçi cinsiyet rolü”nün problem çözme becerilerini yordadığı bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca demografik değişkenlerden aktif cinsel yaşam, ev işleri ile ilgilenme ve evlilik şekline göre problem çözme becerilerinin anlamlı derecede farklılaştığı gözlenmiştir
The aim of this study is to explore the impact of family functionality and social gender roles on the problem-solving skills of married couples. The study included a total of 125 participants, including 91 married women and 34 married men. Participants have been applied through online forms the Demographic Information Form, the Social Gender Roles Attitude Scale, the Family Assessment Scale and the Problem Solving Reserve. According to the findings obtained from the study, it was found that roles from the underdimensions of family functionality, "conduct control" and "problem solving" and social gender roles from the underdimensions of "equal gender role" are the problem solving skills. It has also been observed that the demographic variables of active sexual life, care for homework and the way of marriage significantly differentiate the problem-solving skills.
