Füzyon, geminasyon ve konkresens diş sert dokularının gelişimsel anomalisi sonucu meydana gelmektedir. Füzyon, embriyolojik dönemde iki dental germin kaynaşmasıyla oluşan dental yapının, geniş bir kuron şeklinde ağızda görülmesidir. Ancak füzyon, embriyolojik geç dönemde gerçekleşirse normal boyutunun iki katı kadar bir diş oluşurken, erken dönemde gerçekleşmesi durumunda neredeyse normal boyutta tek diş gelişebilmektedir Bu anomalilerin tedavisi, fonksiyonel ve estetik nedenlerle endodontik, cerrahi, ortodontik veya estetik tedavi yaklaşımları gerektirebilmektedir. Bu olgu raporunda da, supernumerer keser diş ile atipik parsiyel füzyon gösteren sol alt santral dişin multidisipliner tedavisi sunulmaktadır
Fusion, gemination and concresence occur as a result of the developmental anomaly of the hard tooth tissues. Fusion is that the dental structure, which is formed by the coating of two dental germs in the embryological period, is seen in the mouth in the form of a wide coron. However, if the fusion occurs in the late embryological period, it forms a tooth up to twice the normal size, while if it occurs in the early period, it can develop a single tooth in almost the normal size, the treatment of these anomalies may require endodontic, surgical, orthodontic or aesthetic treatment approaches for functional and aesthetic reasons. In this fact report, the multidisciplinary treatment of the left sub-central tooth, which shows atypical partial fusion with supernumerary cut tooth, is also presented.
