Histerektomi, kadının bening ve malign jinekolojik sorunları nedeniyle yapılan, uterusun çıkarılması anlamına gelen cerrahi bir işlem olup, kadını biyopsikososyal ve cinsel yönden etkilemektedir. Hemşirelerin histerektominin perioperatif dönemi ve evde bakımına yönelik önemli rolleri bulunmaktadır. Histerektomili hasta ve ailesine standardize ve bütüncül bir bakım sağlayabilmek için hemşireler bakım modellerinden faydalanalabilirler. Bu vakada 49 yaşında myoma uteri nedeniyle total abdominal histerektomi+bilateral salpingooferektomi ameliyatı geçirmiş olan L.Ç.’nin; kritik düşünme, eksiksiz veri toplama ve analiz etme, bireysel sorumluluk alma yetileri kazandıran “Gordon Fonksiyonel Sağlık Örüntüleri Modeli” kullanılarak hemşirelik bakım süreci açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.
Histerectomy is a surgical procedure carried out due to female bening and malign genetic problems, which means the removal of the uterus and affects the woman by a biopsycho-social and sexual perspective. Nurses have important roles in the perioperative period of hysterectomy and care at home. Nurses can take advantage of the care models to provide standardized and comprehensive care to the hysterectomic patient and his family. In this case, at the age of 49 she was undergoing a total abdominal hysterectomy + bilateral salpingooferectomy surgery due to myoma uterus.The "Gordon Functional Health Examples Model" has been attempted to explain the nursing care process, which provides the ability to think critically, collect and analyze complete data, and take individual responsibility.
