In food packaging, it can be possible to obtain antioxidant-featured nanomaterials using nanoparticles, nanofibers, nanocrystals, and nanoemulsions. It is important to find suitable food nanomaterials for both the consumer and the environment. Therefore, researchers have studied the risks of food nanomaterials for humans in case of a long time usage.
