As it was known, from the early centuries, for the right understanding of the signs, the practitioners entered into an intense drinking activity. In this context, the second source of the law, the Sunnah, is also discussed and discussed. However, because the hadith is mostly coming through the hadith, this resulted in the adoption of different criteria in the acceptance of the hadith. And thus, Hz. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “There are those who believe that the Qur’an is not true, and that the Qur’an is not true, and that the Qur’an is not true, and that the Qur’an is not true, and that the Qur’an is not true. In this regard, even though it is true, some of the problems seen by the hadiths have been a matter of dispute between these two sections. One of these is the “Musrât” hadith. Musarrât is the animal that the seller does not allow the milk to appear too much to cheat the customer. According to the stories, the one who purchases such an animal is the winner between two things. If the person wants to realize that the milk is stolen after the animal is purchased, he will return the animal with a scale shell, or he can not return the animal and keep it in his hands. Those who have seen them are not in violation of the righteous righteous righteous righteous. The Republic has claimed that the hadith is true and that it cannot be abandoned. In this study, a legal ictihad perspective was aimed at presenting the opinions, evidence and reasons of both parties in detail.
