Aneurysmal Bone Cyst (ABC) is a non neoplastic solitary lesion which commonly affects long tubular bones and spine. Most lesions are predominantly cystic, and affect the metaphyseal region in the long bones with extension into the diaphysis but purely diaphyseal lesions are uncommon.
